I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, families, and adults. I have over 10 years of experience in behavioral health and addictions and have practiced in a variety of different settings--from outpatient therapy to residential treatment--each of which has contributed to my unique approach to therapy. Anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health issues can affect so many aspects of life; it can feel overwhelming trying to figure out where to begin to address these issues. I believe in an individualized approach to therapy. Rather than emphasizing struggles/weaknesses and attempting to change them, my approach identifies and utilizes strengths to improve daily functioning. I center interventions and treatment on individual/family needs and preferences rather than utilizing the same treatment model for every client.
