Hi! I'm Rachel Richardson, a licensed clinical psychologist. I have over 20 years of experience treating patients suffering from everything from adjustment issues to severe mental illness in people who are incarcerated to CEOs and everyone in between. I aim to help people become the best versions of themselves and help them discover who that is and what that may look like based on their ideas about the world and what matters most to them. Everyone is unique and I treat everyone as an individual and as such, my approach may differ depending on what my patients need.
I enjoy working with busy professionals who are struggling with work/life balance, couples who need to regain a connection and improve communication, older adults, and individuals who are at turning points in their lives and need help figuring out who they are and what to do next.
