My passion is to help others return to -or discover for the first time- that place of curiosity, safety, and joy that lives inside us all.
I specialize in working with children, youth, and adults recovering from trauma. I offer a strength-based approach and pull from a variety of modalities for a custom-fitted therapy. I am certified in EMDR. I am trained in yoga, play therapy, "inner child work", and therapeutic expressive arts because I recognize that healing is a whole-body experience.
In today's world, the stresses and challenges are many and can start at a young age. As individuals, as parents, and as communities, we can feel isolated, inadequate and ashamed, but that doesn't have to be your story. I would love help you and/or your child heal, grow, and identify tools and inherent strengths to enjoy life's myriad of experiences.
