My work with clients involves a holistic and culturally-affirming approach that considers worldview, historical and societal contexts, and the impact of identities on lived experiences. I aim to meet you where you are, affirm your narrative, help you better understand what may be causing your distress, and work with you to achieve your goals.
Therapy should be collaborative, so I prioritize working together to identify and achieve your goals. I will do my best to create a safe, welcoming space for you to share, and feel safe, heard, and supported.
