My clinical experience has included working with individuals that have experienced trauma as well as anxiety and depression. I currently practice individual therapy with individuals (16 y/o and up) experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. We may utilize various modalities including mindfulness techniques, attachment work, and mind-soul-body integration. I'm passionate about working with the QTPOC population and in seeing that they and other underserved populations gain access to therapy.
I'm multiracial, born in Oahu, Hawaii, and a member of the Polynesian community. Much of my philosophy on therapy has been shaped by my experience in the non-profit field. Our goals in therapy will primarily focus on developing self-compassion and self-awareness, as well as promoting self-understanding, love and acceptance.
