My work is focused on creating the relationship in which feelings can be shared fluidly, where the space that we have created together fosters the communication and honesty that will be our foundation.
I primarily focus on work with adolescents and adults utilizing different techniques from CBT, DBT, strength-based therapy, and solution focused therapy in supporting clients. I believe in highlighting each individual's own unique strengths and set of values in therapy in order for them to live a fulfilling and happy life.
My mission is to work towards developing a trusting relationship in which you feel heard and respected.
