This virtual group is geared towards adults with depression and/or anxiety, especially social anxiety, struggling with isolation and loneliness. This is a safe place to create a sense of community, support one another, and find peace. There is also a focus on building positive coping skills to handle difficult emotions as they arise. The group meets on Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30 pm and is facilitated by Rachel Parodneck, a licensed clinical social worker and certified group psychotherapist trained in CBT with years of experience providing group psychotherapy to high-functioning adults.

Dating For the Socially Anxious New Yorker
This virtual group is a place where socially anxious individuals who are currently in the dating scene can come together and support one another while learning positive coping skills for handling stressful events such as ghosting, bread-crumbing, and breakups.
