I work with children and teenagers who have trauma, are grieving, depressed, anxious, have anger or emotional regulation issues, low self-esteem and more. They might be struggling in school with friendships or with their family relationships. They are needing tools to understand their emotions and manage their behavior.
I've worked in schools, in churches, in residential facilities, and in private practice. I have extensive trauma training and experience working with trauma. I utilize tools from play and art therapy as well as CBT to connect with individuals and help them work through their thoughts and emotions.
