Hi there! My name is Rachel Ocampo PhD who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist! I have been described as a down-to-earth but straightforward therapist who will support you while telling you what you NEED to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear! I have extensive experience working with adolescents, women, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with complex trauma and co-occurring disorders. I also have experience as a foster parent, adoptive parent, and working with high-needs children who have experienced severe trauma in their past.
I also have experience working with grief and loss- whether it is a parent, loved one, or friend and working with women of all ages who have experienced infertility, weight issues, and depression.
I am straightforward and believe in gentle confrontation. I approach each client in a way that works best for them while also respecting the reason why they are looking for therapy.
