I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental space for autistic and neurodivergent clients to receive support and accomplish their goals. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals in various settings and have found this work rewarding and enjoyable. I am always working with clients to find the best ways to connect and work together in the most effective way possible.
One of my favorite parts about therapy is helping clients identify and utilize their strengths. We are so much more strong and resilient than we sometimes realize. I use an eclectic and person-centered approach to best meet the needs of my clients and primarily use CBT and trauma-focused, mindfulness-based modalities.
