Hi! I’m Rachel Nicholson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Psychotherapist, and I could not be more excited to work with you! I know what it feels like to be scared to take the first step; to go through the hard work in order to grow. Because of that, it makes me the therapist I am today. I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, panic, and relationship issues by using ERP, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and of course, some humor. I encourage my clients to face their fears and challenge negative thinking–so that YOU are the one in charge, not your anxiety. We work to shift your thoughts & perception so that anxiety no longer runs your life.
