We collect experiences as we move through life. These experiences form the lens through which we view ourselves and the world around us. My goal is to support clients in processing their experiences, understanding how those experiences have shaped their world, and finding value in who they are as a result of their story so far.
I focus my practice on those experiencing generalized anxiety, social anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and questions regarding self-worth, identity, and purpose. I view all therapeutic work through a trauma-informed lens and use EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary treatment modalities.
