My approach to treatment has been developed through a combination of research, professional practice and lived experience. My goal is to help you visualize your life and obstacles through a strengths-based lens, paired with the support of realistic solution focused tools and traditional behavioral therapies. I want my clients to feel empowered to make tangible change so they can see true results in their quality of life. Please note I am currently licensed in Alabama, Colorado and Maine.
My clinical focus uniquely encompasses both ADHD and grief work. Having been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I have personally utilized many of the tools I recommend and can help you identify which ones work best for you. Additionally, my background in hospice gives me a deeper understanding of the healthcare system and the impact of unexpected loss.
