In our core each of us want to feel seen and understood. Often, different events and circumstances in our life leave us feeling misunderstood by ourselves and others. I hope that during our work together we can identify these misunderstandings and work towards alleviating the pain and suffering that they have caused. Throughout my experience I have been perpetually inspired by the resilience, strength and vulnerability of those seeking change and have deep respect for how challenging the process can often be.
I have worked with a variety of demographics and a wide range of conditions including: depression, anxiety, substance abuse, PTSD, trauma, grief, borderline personality disorder, attachment wounds, etc. I have training in CBT, DBT, BrainSpotting and utilize a variety of other theories and modalities in my work.
