I am licensed in both Texas and NY. My ideal client is someone who struggles with anxiety and / or depression or someone who is dealing with difficulty in their relationship and needs guidance on how to set healthy boundaries in those relationships. Someone who is looking for practical ways to counter the spiral of anxiety or depression.
My primary style of therapy is goal oriented which includes CBT, and motivational interviewing. I am client centered and view each client as a whole person, and appreciate that every person may benefit from varying therapeutic techniques. I implement mindfulness techniques as well as some family of origin insight work into my practice.
