I enjoy working with women, LGTBQ+ folks, and veterans whose mental health has been impacted by trauma. I am trained to provide art therapy, talk therapy (CBT), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). I take a creative approach to healing and incorporate what works best for my clients. I also provide clinical supervision for new therapists!
