My work is fast-paced, to the point, and focused on the issues that cause my clients the most distress. I work with kids, teens, and adults and I use only evidence-based theoretical models that are proven to work through research, such as CBT and DBT. I primarily utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, though, I'm always open to new learning opportunities to best support my clientele. Prior to grad school, I worked with teens at risk of dropping out in Washoe County School District which allowed me to have a closer look and understanding of the difficulties teens face.
