I tend to take a more eclective approach to counseling, but I have the most experience in CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and person-centered counseling. My education spans across the topics of multicultural diversity, sexuality, crisis intervention, and abnormal psychology. Above every counseling technique, however, rapport is my top priority for every client.
