Rachel has worked as a therapist since 2013. Her work history includes children and adults with autism, self-harm, addiction, depression, anxiety, improving relationships, managing emotions and more. Prior to opening her practice, Rachel worked at Loma Linda BMC facilitating group therapy, family therapy and providing education on essential coping skills.
Rachel has the ability to utilize various therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge unhelpful thinking and dialectical behavioral therapy which can teach skills to more effectively manage emotions.
