My specializations include gender, sexuality, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationships. I provide DBT for emotion dysregulation, CPT for individuals who have experienced trauma, and therapy for couples and families facing difficulties in their relationships.

In this guided group, we talk about the life-saving importance of parental support, as well as allowing space for discovery, reflection and asking hard questions.
