I provide virtual therapy primarily for women of color and professionals who identify with perfectionistic traits, the need to people-please, and/or struggle with setting and maintaining boundaries. Together we can address how to successfully manage life stressors, process traumas, and navigate relationships; along with other walks of your life. As a therapist, my priority is to provide a space where you feel seen and heard; are met with compassion and leave feeling empowered and equipped to achieve your goals.
I approach work with clients through traditional talk therapy and modalities. I also implement various integrative practices such as mindfulness, somatic skills/therapy and psychoeducation about brain-nutrition health and its impact on your general health.
Through working together, my hope is that you will increase your self-awareness and confidence, develop healthy decision-making and boundary setting, and overall improve your functioning and emotional well-being.
