A decade of work as an educator and school counselor has given me experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through life's challenges. My goal is to help my clients through the challenges and transitions they are facing. I have experience supporting individuals working through anxiety, depression, communication issues, familial conflict, and trauma. Additionally, I am passionate about working educators and military families, as this relates to my own lived experience.
