You’ve come to a time in your life where you want to make a change. You’ve been feeling stuck, like you’ve been going in circles or repeating old habits that you want to break. Maybe you find yourself unable to deal with the anxiety that comes from a high stress job which has you feeling burned out. Maybe you want to escape toxic relationship patterns which have held you back from finding happiness. Or perhaps you are wanting tools to better manage frequent anxiety. Whatever needs changing in your life, your desire to heal yourself has brought you here. Change can feel big and overwhelming, which is why I'm here to help.
I use a combination of CBT techniques, mindfulness, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems to help my clients dive deep into their histories to look for behavioral patterns and narratives they tell about themselves that are dysfunctional. This is done with the purpose of building new skills and creating opportunities for change in their lives.
Whether you’re struggling with work-related burnout, wanting to cultivate healthier relationships, or just trying to be free from anxiety, I hear you and I’m here to help. You don't have to keep struggling on your own. My role as a therapist is to be a support to you as you find your way along your healing journey. Let's do this together!
