Welcome! I work with adults struggling with stress, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, transitions, and illness. My intention is for us to work together to help you move forward with your life and achieve your goals. I bring a warm, compassionate, and calming presence to my work. I am interactive, supportive, engaged, and committed to our work together. I respect that you know what’s best for you. My job is to help you clear away anything that prevents you from living the life that you want.

While my sessions are active, dynamic, and focused, you will also find you have time to catch your breath and think creatively about your own life. I help by teaching you practical skills to manage whatever is going on in your life.
We also work together to uncover any underlying issues and resolve them.I am EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique also know as Tapping) certified. I use the best treatment techniques to suit your particular needs. I believe there is a strong connection between the mind and body and my approach is grounded in this perspective.
