We will use proven methods like talking things out, trying different ways of thinking, and using techniques from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). For young people, I use fun activities like drawing, music and games to help them express themselves.
