Through using evidence-based techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I can help.
Together we will identify your individual goals and define what a better future can look like for you. I offer video telecounseling and in-person sessions to provide EMDR. I offer free phone consultations to ensure I am the right fit for you and can help you on your path toward a better future.
