For psychotherapy to lead to positive change, there needs to be a strong, supportive and genuine relationship between therapist and patient. My research and clinical interests are centered on helping you find the best patient/therapist match, and on working to maintain meaningful and trusting relationships throughout our time together. We will use your experiences both outside and inside the therapy room to help build insight into areas of relational difficulties, sources of pain, and patterns of thoughts and behaviors.
Through my work I have developed a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relationships, daily life stressors, important life events/transitions, and burnout. I also offer psychological testing services to aid in diagnosis, treatment, and receiving necessary accommodations.
