I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota and have been working in the mental health field since 2021. I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior with a major in Social Work. I graduated with my Master’s degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Social Work in 2021. I have experience working with children, families, teenagers, and adults. On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my dog, watching sports, being outdoors, reading, and being with friends and family.
I have experience in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, body image issues, life changes/stressors, substance use, LGBTQIA+ communities, and other disorders. I am trained in TF-CBT, trauma work, grief, and in treating other mental health relating disorders. I also am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to treat trauma and other disorders.
I use a client-centered strengths-based approach to meet client’s with where they are at in their current life. Together in therapy, we will work together to explore your individual healing journey at your own pace. I work to bring a warm and welcoming approach to each therapeutic experience in session.
