Hi there. My name is Rachel Kane-Cooley and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I love connecting with and supporting others on their therapeutic journey. I consider this work a delight and a privilege. Over the years, I have met so many wonderful people looking to heal, grow, and evolve. It's a beautiful process and I feel blessed to be a part of it.
My approach to therapy is holistic - biological-psycho-social-spiritual. I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health and Anxiety. I most commonly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-centered, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness approaches in my practice.
I deeply care for and believe in each and every one of my clients. Emotional safety is my highest priority in therapy. I collaborate with clients on defining and prioritizing therapy goals. I invite them to bring up whatever they need in each therapy session. I look forward to working with you!
