As your therapist, I will strive to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship through compassion, empathy and trust. I aim to meet clients where they are at, by tailoring my therapeutic approach based on each individual and providing a safe, nonjudgmental space. You do not have to be alone on this journey.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, interpersonal distress, trauma and life transitions. I have experience working with young adults, as well as adults. My main priority in therapy is tending to the therapeutic relationship by utilizing a client centered approach as well as drawing from cognitive/behavioral theories and psychodynamic theories.
I pull from various therapeutic approaches, depending on the unique individual challenges, with the goal to illicit changes from within.
