I have extensive experience working with people of all walks of life, helping each person to a healthier emotional existence. My specialty lies in working with trauma and abuse survivors, especially narcissistic abuse, and people with ADHD. I also enjoy working with parents/families, and couples. I utilize an eclectic mix of CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR.
