I am passionate about helping others strive to overcome whatever challenges or struggles that they may face in life. I love working with adults, couples, children, and teens in helping them to navigate these struggles. I believe that every person is an individual and has a need to be seen, be heard, and feel connected to others. I use techniques that are grounded in evidence-based interventions such as solution focused, DBT, and ACT, ART (accelerated resolution therapy) all while creating a space of love, empathy, and compassion that will allow you to feel heard and respected.

Ultimately, asking for help is hard, and I get that, but getting the help should not be. I am excited to meet you! As we work together I will seek to empower you to make changes in your life. To move through the pain that is keeping you stuck. I will feel honored to sit with you in that healing space.

When I am not in the therapy office.I love spending time with my four kids and husband. I also love running, drinking SWIG drinks, and watching Ted Lasso.
