I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for persons who have anxiety, depression, and other life challenges including grief, adjustment to change, and self-acceptance. I offer therapy for individuals (adults and children 10+) and couples. I welcome and affirm clients of all cultural backgrounds & LGBTQIA+.
