I consider my approach to be a blend of depth and systems psychology-- to explore an individual from the innermost terrain to the outer, more cultural and trans-generational contexts. The cultivation of a "witnessing" self is crucial to the therapeutic process. It encourages the ability to respond to life with choice, rather than collapse in reaction.
While I'm inspired by a diversity of clients, I most value a commitment to this process. It is the key that ignites our work together. I feel like a most honored witness into an individual's life, to get to know their many layers.
