Email inquiries preferred. Seeking support is a courageous first step toward growth, healing, and self-improvement. I am passionate about helping people make positive changes within themselves and their lives. I meet clients where they are at in their journey. Together we will work to explore strengths, practice skills, and to help alleviate distress. I use a range of therapeutic interventions that include, but are not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered, narrative therapy, and mindfulness based approaches.
I work with a wide range of populations including children, teens, adults, and elderly. My specialties include, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship conflict, and short-term solution focused. I have 5 years of clinical experience working with ages 3 - 65+, Trauma Focused CBT certification.
I am passionate about providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I tailor therapeutic interventions and techniques specific to each individual client, their concern, and treatment goals. To be sure we are a good fit I offer a free 10 minute phone consultation, to schedule please reach out by phone or email.
