Being a kid is supposed to be a magical time filled with fun, learning, exploring, and giggles. When you can't figure out how you and your child got here, parenting becomes unbearably hard. Worse than that is feeling like you don't know how to help your child. I believe that the magic isn't lost, and healing is possible for your child and family.
I utilize relationally focused and evidence-based treatment modalities grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, child-centered and filial play therapy, expressive arts, and sand tray therapy to create an individualized, integrative, collaborative, and playful treatment experience.
