I support people dealing with anxiety, self esteem struggles, interpersonal or relationship issues, life transitions, career difficulties, managing stress, feeling "stuck", health concerns, family conflict, and/or depression. I also work with all types of partnerships and commitments (romantic or otherwise) on a range of concerns. Therapy doesn't have to wait for a crisis. It can just be a space to process daily events. My practice offers affordable and inclusive sessions with culturally competent providers. Our goal is to make therapy work for you. The process of taking care of your mental health can be a stressful one & we want to make it as easy as possible. We respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
I tailor the therapy experience to each person so it feels helpful and safe. Sessions can be whatever you need them to be in that moment. There's no "right" way to do therapy and I believe in collaborating with you. I treat clients holistically, as I believe physical, mental, & social health are all connected.
