I have a varied style when ascribing therapeutic interventions. I tailor the therapeutic method to your specific needs. I often utilize attachment-based and cognitive behavior modalities.
It is daunting to feel incapable of regulating your emotions to navigate day to day or minute to minute. Trusting people with your innermost thoughts without feeling judged can be frightening.
