The focus within the professional relationship is to create an environment for individuals to share their trauma, stressors, or everyday events. I believe my role is to help the client identify strategies in order to help the individual improve their confidence, autonomy and gain strength to promote positive changes in their lives. In the past I have worked in areas of identifying ways within the human development process for individuals to grow.

Being a member of Division I athletic organization has helped me learn the importance of dedication and hard work. My role is to serve you.
