I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults across the lifespan facing a wide variety of mental health concerns or issues, including mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, trauma, and stage of life transitions. Additionally, I work with older adults facing grief and loss, caregiver fatigue and caring for loved ones with dementia. My interests also include working with women in the perinatal period, both during pregnancy and postpartum, and with those who may be facing infertility or loss, such as miscarriage.
I have completed a 235-hour yoga teacher training and I utilize this knowledge in promoting increased mindfulness with my clients. I am patient-centered with a goal to empower and come alongside my clients as they identify and grow towards their therapeutic goals.
