I utilize DBT, CBT, ACT, and a trauma-informed lens to facilitate growth and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship. I work with an eclectic approach in order to tailor interventions to meet the holistic needs of the individual.
In supporting eating disorder related concerns, I practice with Intuitive Eating principles and am a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned provider.
