I have experience providing individual, couple, family and group therapy to individuals of all ages. I specialize in trauma, grief, adjustment issues, anxiety, and depression. Over the years, I have supported survivors of trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence and human trafficking in healing, safety planning, resourcing and trauma processing.
In my spare time, I love playing the piano and guitar, singing and dancing. I speak fluent Tagalog and some Spanish. I enjoy spending time with my husband, especially in the outdoors.
