I have worked with individuals ranging in age from five years old through adulthood. I have experience with a wide range of individuals of various identities, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. I have specialized training in PTSD, trauma, anxiety, school-related issues, and behavioral disruption issues. I also have specialized training in working with children and adolescents and utilizing play therapy.
I believe in the development of a positive therapeutic relationship to facilitate a cohesive counseling environment. I primarily utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach, psychodynamic practices, as well as incorporating unique and current evidence based therapeutic approaches.
