I specialize in working with couples and adult individuals- I'm trained in EFT and EMDR. I am currently accepting new clients! Do you feel like emotions can feel completely overwhelming or even seem to be absent? Other times you might respond automatically without understanding why- then you feel disconnected from the people you care about. Things like trauma, worry, shame, stress, or feelings of low self-esteem can keep you or your loved one chained from living freely. I love working through this process to help individuals and couples understand and then heal!
We can work together to identify those areas where discovering and identifying feelings can help unlock pivotal opportunities for change. By focusing on how thoughts and emotions influence actions, what seems like an automatic pattern can be slowed down and changed for the better. Sessions will focus on helpful techniques that can be used on a daily basis.
While therapy can be uncomfortable, it is a safe space to experience deep growth. I want to walk alongside you as a guide through this process. I am continuously inspired by my clients and their resiliency. I believe everyone has strengths within themselves that can be brought to the surface and utilized to identify opportunities for change.
