I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples identify their needs, establish goals and utilize techniques to help them accomplish their goals. I will create a warm, safe and empathetic environment for you to tell their story. Since I work with children, adolescents and adults I know that each client might need a different approach to get started and throughout therapy. I spend however long it takes to build rapport to create a trusting environment. During that time, I welcome questions and feedback, my job is to make sure you are comfortable to reflect, share and process your experiences and feelings.
Life can feel overwhelming, we can experience lower moods, feel like we would rather isolate from the people and things we love, we often forget to prioritize our self-care, or we can't find the time because we are managing our family, I am here to help you sort it out and to feel empowered to enjoy your life and be the best version of yourself!
