Many of us experience difficult things in life and eventually reach a point where we are ready to make sense of them and heal. There are many barriers, both past and present, that get in the way of us healing, growing and seeing the positive aspects of our lives. Therapy is a great first step in helping yourself feel better and more capable of living the life you want.
I see children, families and adults. My training background is in trauma treatment, evidenced based therapies & EMDR. Working with clients who experience anxiety, daily life stress, trauma (past & present) and relationship conflict are areas I specialize in. I support clients as they learn to understand themselves and how to function in healthier ways.
Navigating our daily lives can be quite challenging and stressful. Learning how to understand ourselves, support ourselves and make healthy choices allows us to prioritize our mental health.
