Relationships can be hard. Communication can be challenging. Feeling anxious, uncertain, directionless, or out-of-control can feel overwhelming and at times debilitating. It is so easy to become stuck in a cycle of frustration or hopelessness which creates thought loops fixated on these feelings. While most of us feel the need to address these struggles, so few of us have the time or energy to “fix” these stuck points and successfully move past them. That’s where I step in to help.
My passion is helping people work through their stuck points and develop the tools to live a more satisfying life. I do this by helping you drill down to the core of the issues you bring to therapy, tapping into your pre-existing strengths, and using this as a foundation for the development of effective coping skills.
