Hi, my name is Rachel Drabecki, and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (128153). My approach to therapy is generally very client-centered and collaborative, and I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a mainly client-centered and humanistic therapist, I find it helpful to focus on the present. I strive to meet you where you are and to gain a deep understand you. I also often employ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you move through your feelings and circumstances, rather than working around or avoiding them.
In the past, I have really enjoyed working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including teens and adolescents, adults, and couples. Going forward, I would also love to work with new parents.
During challenging times, it has been helpful to talk to friends, but during the most difficult times, it was always helpful to speak with a professional therapist. Helping others has been something I have craved throughout my personal and professional life, and I have found that being a therapist is the best way I can do that.
