Welcome to Inner Balance Therapy. Life has a variety of different challenges we face every day. My goal is to aid you in navigating those challenges while providing support and skills that will positively impact your daily life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and CASAC-P in the state of New York. Offering over ten years of experience providing care in mental health and substance abuse fields. Every individual is unique, and I strive to provide a personalized approach catered to the needs of each individual person. I want to assist and guide you to finding your inner balance.
I am certified in a variety of different treatment approaches including EMDR. Working with young adults to elder adults to meet their specific needs.
