I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor experienced in working with adolescents, adults, and families to overcome issues that are creating distress. I offer CBT, DBT and ERT to create coping skills for anxiety, panic, obsessive thinking, and emotional distress. I enjoy working with neurodiverse clients. I assist clients in connecting to accessibility services in school and ESA needs. I will work with you to foster hope, develop meaningful relationships, recognize your strengths and develop self esteem.
